Colour in the Garden

Here's a quick check list for the weekend if you're looking to get out in your garden / outside area:-

Crocus lawn...bringing colour just for you!

Lawn
Repair any gaps and worn out patches to your lawn.  Visit Gardeners World for a quick "how to".
Raise the cutting height on your lawn mower
Feed the lawn

Flowers

Narcissus...bringing instant sunshine

Plant crocuses and dwarf narcissus in lawns.  Visit Spalding Bulb for some great offers!
Plant up patio pots for autumn interest
Lift gladioli, clean the corns and store in a frost free dry area
Collect seeds and berries from flowering plants

Maintenance
General tidy up; storing any pots in frost free areas (e.g. shed)
With the dark evenings approaching check out paths / outside lights are working
Clear any fallen leaves from greenhouse guttering

Saturday is due to be sunny all day with some light showers on Sunday.

Rainbow in August

Week One

• Lots of gardening
• Summer cleaning
• Delivering the newly painted tables back to their home > see Anyone for Ice Cream?
• Designing and implementing offers > see Rainbow Flyers  It would be great if you could help promote us!
• Oven clean (meeting a lovely little girl called Grace, aged 5 who gave me sticky stars for my diary!)
• Dinner with a friend followed by tea and chocolate in the park. Next time you have a cuppa with a dear friend consider this Born to be Beautiful and enjoy every moment you spend together.

Week Two

• House and puppy sitting for the week whilst customers visit Scotland
• Summer cleaning
• Cycling to the city centre and meeting girlfriends for cocktails and early dinner

Week Three

• Meetings with new customers
• Sparkling windows for an OAP
• Cycling to the city centre and attending "Creative Trainer Course" at City Library
• Meeting girlfriend for sushi
• Bringing colour into a tired bathroom > blog posting to come soon!
• Make-over of garden table and chairs >  blog posting to come soon!

Week Four

• Lots more gardening
• Time in the office
• Networking 
• Sparkling of interior windows 

Week Five

• Summer cleaning
• Handover afternoon for PA holiday cover for senior management team in Gateshead
• Lovely curry and wine evening with girlfriend
• Jet washing a lovely patio in Sunniside, near Whickham
• Making lots of beautiful greeting cards from recycled material
• Making decorations for an "Indoor Garden Party" planned for end of September.
