The Feminine Touch

My customers keep telling me that Rainbow has that all important Unique Selling Point, "USP"!  Apparently, they love the fact that I'm a multi-tasking woman doing a whole range of jobs for busy people in the North East.

For me, cleaning, decorating and gardening are part of the up-keep of a home and that is why I believe my customers like having me in their home.  I'm not a "contractor" or "builder"...just simply offering a home feel service to people who deserve the best in life without paying a fortune.

When I worked in management, the only quality time I felt I had in my home was at weekends and I always felt that jobs were rushed.  I now feel blessed to have the opportunity of sharing my skills.

I love the diversity of my business as it allows my personality to shine through and gives me the opportunity of connecting with lots of different people.  Because Rainbow offers a good range of services, I like how these intertwine, bringing me more business and offering clients a one-stop shop.

Recently I carried out a full home decoration resulting in the same customer asking me to write a website and blog for her!  Another customer employed me to clean her oven, this resulted in a full kitchen Spring clean, in turn resulting in a regular house clean every 3 weeks.  This summer, when she goes abroad on holiday she has employed me to live in her home and look after her two gorgeous puppies.  I feel very blessed by such requests.

My aim is to offer a great service, at an affordable price and for customers to feel happy with me in their home.  With my days never the same, last minute requests to help customers in need, I turn to regular yoga for my solace.
